Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Digital Products – Preneuriat

Browsing the website, purchasing, and downloading digital products constitute full acceptance and agreement to the following terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
“Standard Product” – A ready-made digital file (e.g., Canva template, PSD, ad package) sold AS-IS.
“Customized Product” – An existing product that undergoes graphic/content changes according to the purchaser's requirements (logo integration, colors, text).
“Purchaser” – An individual, independent contractor, or corporation making a purchase on the website.
“Download” – Receiving a link or file after payment completion (or after customization completion).
“License for Use” – A non-exclusive permission to use the product for the purchaser's marketing/business purposes, according to Section 7 below.
2. Prices and Payment
2.1 All prices on the website do not include VAT; VAT will be added at checkout.
2.2 Full payment is made at the time of order via credit card/Bit/PayBox (as shown on the secure payment page).
2.3 After transaction approval, an automatic email will be sent with an order confirmation and a download link (or an update on the status of a customized product).
2.4 A digital tax invoice/receipt will be issued according to the purchaser's details immediately upon payment confirmation.
2.5 The company reserves the right to update prices, offer coupons, or discontinue marketing any product at its discretion.
3. Delivery and Download Policy
3.1 Standard Product – The download link will be provided immediately upon payment confirmation.
3.2 Customized Product – The company will make contact within 2 business days to collect materials; a final file will be provided within up to 7 business days from the date all materials were submitted.
3.3 The responsibility to ensure that the email provided by the purchaser is correct and allows for receiving files lies solely with the purchaser.
4. Transaction Cancellation and Refund
4.1 In accordance with Section 14c(d)(1) of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 – a digital product that can be copied, recorded, or reproduced is not returnable after access to the file has been provided.
4.2 Therefore, from the moment a download link has been made available (or customization work has begun), cancellation will not be possible, and no refund will be issued – unless a technically defective product was delivered and the fault cannot be resolved within 3 business days.
4.3 In case of a technical fault in the file, the purchaser must report it immediately and receive free technical assistance.
5. Warranty and Service
5.1 All products are delivered "as is." The company does not guarantee that the files will meet the purchaser's needs beyond what is stated on the product page.
5.2 The company will provide basic technical support (file opening, download error resolution) for 7 days from the date of purchase.
5.3 Additional customization, additional design changes, or integration with third-party systems are not included and may require a separate price quote.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The company shall not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, financial or reputational, arising from the use of the products.
6.2 The products are intended for digital marketing use; the sole responsibility for the content, method of publication, compliance with advertising laws, copyright, and platform regulations – lies with the purchaser.
6.3 The company does not guarantee that business results, sales, or conversions will be derived from using the templates.
7. License for Use and Intellectual Property
7.1 Upon completion of payment, the purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-resalable license to use the product for the needs of their direct business/brand/client.
7.2 It is forbidden to share, sell, distribute, or make the product available to third parties, whether for consideration or not.
7.3 The copyrights and intellectual property in the original file and its foundational assets remain the property of the company.
8. Privacy and Data Security
Payment data undergoes full encryption (SSL). Credit card details are not stored on our servers. Personal information (name, email) will be stored according to the Privacy Protection Law and will be used only for supply, service, and marketing purposes with the purchaser's consent.
9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The company may update these terms and conditions at any time; the updated version will be published on the website and will apply from the moment of its publication.
10. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and the use of the products are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa District.
